HOW STUCK ARE YOU TRYING TO STAY COOL?
STAY WITH THIS QUESTION ↗
What have you stopped yourself from doing because it would not fit your image?
You can love the image. You can also question what it costs you.
ARE YOU A REBEL? OR DO YOU JUST LOOK LIKE ONE?
STAY WITH THIS QUESTION ↗
Whose approval still decides what you can say, make or become?
Wanting to be seen is human. Notice when it starts making your choices.
WHO TOLD YOU WHAT WAS POSSIBLE FOR YOU?
STAY WITH THIS QUESTION ↗
Which of their answers are you still living inside?
You do not need a replacement identity today. Start with one assumption.
IF NOBODY SAW IT, WOULD YOU STILL WANT IT?
STAY WITH THIS QUESTION ↗
What would you make before asking whether it could sell?
Your work can pay the bills. Your curiosity can have room, too.
ARE YOU FREE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND?
STAY WITH THIS QUESTION ↗
Or would changing mean losing the person everyone thinks you are?
You can change a form without disowning everything it has given you.
WHAT ARE YOU TOO COOL TO BEGIN?
STAY WITH THIS QUESTION ↗
What would you try if you could be seen learning?
Being unfinished is a place you can create from.
YOU CAN LOVE THE FORM.
AND QUESTION THE CAGE.
WHAT WE
STAND FOR.
01FREE ME. FREE OTHERS.
Freedom begins with noticing what is making your choices. It grows when we make room for each other to choose, too.
02QUESTION THE PROGRAMMING.
Family scripts. Social rules. Inherited ideas of success. What have you accepted as a fact about yourself without ever choosing it?
03FORM IS YOURS TO CHANGE.
Image, language, work, identity. Make forms. Love them. Question them. Leave yourself room to move.
04CREATE. WITHOUT DISAPPEARING.
Ambition, expression and recognition can coexist. What does your work need? What do you need? Leave space for both.
05GO DEEP. STAY HUMAN.
Ask uncomfortable questions. Listen to the answer. Leave room for uncertainty, disagreement and connection.
A NEW
ATTITUDE.
A QUESTION
MARK.
THEE-REAL-IGION is an artist-led movement for questioning the thought forms we inherit — and exploring how else we might live, create and relate.
For creators, rebels and complex minds who recognise the friction between what they feel and what they perform. For anyone curious enough to stay with a difficult question.
Questions become writing, voice, fragments and worlds. Forms through which you can encounter a thought, interrogate it and make your own response.
Created by Giulia Incurvati. The questions begin in lived experience: trying to fit, holding an image, and learning to notice the distance between a reaction and a choice.

THE MANIFESTO / 001 — OPEN ↗
FREE THOUGHT
FORM.
What if the image you fought to build has become a form you cannot leave?
We make forms. We inherit forms. Ways of thinking, ways of behaving, ways of being seen. Some help us live. Some outlive their purpose.
THEE-REAL-IGION begins with a question. Who told you what was possible for you? What do you still perform to remain recognisable? What could you choose if you gave yourself room to look?
FREE ME. FREE OTHERS.
Our freedom matters in relation to other people. We want room to express, to understand, to disagree, to create and to cooperate. A movement that asks for freedom must leave room for your answer.
LOVE THE FORM. QUESTION THE CAGE.
We can love clothes, images, music, language and the worlds we build. We can also notice when maintaining them begins to decide our lives.
MAKE ROOM FOR MORE THAN ONE PART.
Artist. Founder. Beginner. Ambitious. Unsure. Different parts can exist in the same frame. A beginning does not have to decide everything you will become.
STAY WITH THE QUESTION.
Pause. Notice what happens. Write. Make something. Try a different response. No prescribed collapse. No final identity to earn. An opening through which another choice may become possible.
A new wave.
A new attitude.
A new way of looking.
Questions become writing, voice, fragments and worlds. This is how the movement takes form.
